Directions
From Darlington
via the A67, pass Tees-side Airport
and in about 1.5 miles turn left (signposted Urlay Nook) just before the
railway bridge. Follow this road past the works and at the junction go
straight ahead (Do not turn right to cross the railway, Do not turn left
for Longnewton) on to a rough road which is the entrance to the Admiralty
Ecology site. A left hand turn off this rough road leads to the Ecology
Centre

From Darlington via the A66,
about 2.5 miles after the Sadberge junctions, turn right into Long Newton
and follow the road around to the left into the centre of the village.
Turn right signposted Urlay Nook. At the end of the road turn left onto
a rough road which is the site entrance. (Do Not Cross the Railway). A
left hand turn off this rough road leads to the Ecology Centre
From Yarm via the A67
follow signs for Tees-side Airport until you arrive at a fairly new roundabout
(new housing development on the right). Turn right signposted Urlay Nook.
Cross over the railway and turn immediately right on to a rough road which
is the Admiralty Ecology Site entrance. A left hand turn off this rough
road leads to the Ecology Centre.
From Tees-side via the A66,
turn left into Longnewton. in the centre of the village turn left signposted
Urlay Nook. At the end of the road turn left onto a rough road which is
the site entrance. (Do Not Cross the Railway). A left hand turn off this
rough road leads to the Ecology Centre.
